First: Terms of Use

The user needs an account to practice any activity on the Ezdad platform. The user is obliged to provide correct and accurate information about himself and to update it continuously, and he must maintain the password for his account well and not leak it to anyone under any circumstances. The User is fully responsible for everything that happens on his account, including causing any damage (to us or to anyone else) caused by the User not providing correct information about himself.

By using our Services, Website and/or Mobile Application, you fully and improperly agree to all of our terms, conditions and policies. You acknowledge that these Terms may change or change from time to time and without prior notice to reflect our latest practices and business.

You must be of legal age to be eligible to consent to the Online Services "as per the applicable laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia" to use the Ezdad Educational Platform. If you use our Services while you are still underage, you are responsible for all legal consequences resulting from any conduct you may engage in on our Platform.

You are responsible for what happens with your account and we will not intervene in disputes between students and/or explainers who have shared your account login credentials. You should let us know immediately after becoming aware that someone else may be using your account without your permission or if you suspect any other breach of security by contacting our support team. We may ask you for some information to confirm that you are indeed the owner of your account.

It is strictly prohibited to share your account login details, and/or to share visually or audibly any content on our Platform with anyone else under any circumstances and in any way. If it is proven that you have shared your account login details with anyone else, you acknowledge that you will bear all legal consequences resulting from such breach, and Ezdad reserves the right to permanently ban your account at any time and without prior notice, and without any liability for any money or amounts paid. Ezdad reserves the right to claim any financial and/or non-financial damages for all losses and/or damages resulting from sharing your account data with any person. If you contact us to request access to an account, we will not grant you that access unless you can provide us with the information we need to prove that you are the owner of that account. In the event of the user's death, that user's account will be closed.

We do not sell educational content to you, we only give you access to educational content exclusively through our online services and for a specific period of time. Accordingly, it is strictly prohibited to save, share and/or publish any content of the Ezdad Educational Platform to off-platform resources, including but not limited to visual, audio, written content, lectures, lessons, quizzes, exercises, questions, assignments, educational resources, files, attachments, summaries, compilations, video and audio conversations between you and students and explainers, and other content. In the event that it is proven that you have saved, downloaded, shared, and/or leaked any content outside of the Ezdad Educational Platform, you acknowledge and agree that the Ezdad Educational Platform has the right to take all legal action against you and Ezdad Educational Platform reserves the right to claim any damages that it may determine in its sole discretion, and as supported by its legal team.

You have the right to give your opinion about the teacher in a transparent and credible manner, in a way that preserves his dignity, takes into account his feelings, and does not violate public morals and the rules and regulations of the platform. You must respect and appreciate all efforts whatsoever, and not belittle, ridicule, scorn, or ridicule the people or services provided to you in any way and by any means. If you are found to have violated this Terms, we may take appropriate action against you, including but not limited to banning your account from using our Services, cancelling your subscription to the course with the loss of your right to claim paid funds, freezing access to your account for a certain period of time, etc., in our sole discretion.

You acknowledge and agree that the instructor is not obliged to provide you with additional services other than explaining the scientific curriculum as adopted by local universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and any changes or updates contained therein. The rest of the services such as providing revisions, past questions, summaries, etc. are considered as additional services in the course and are not binding, even if they are written on the course's landing page on the Ezdad educational platform. The essence of our services is to explain the scientific method to you.

Once you have subscribed to an academic course, you will automatically join a group dedicated to participants after signing up for the course, the goal of this group is to enrich the scientific discussion, exchange ideas, questions, and answer questions and inquiries that you may have during your studies with us. You agree and acknowledge that you will not share the content of this collection to external sources in any way. You agree that you will abide by all the rules and regulations set in the group, and that you will respect all people in a way that preserves their dignity and respects their feelings and does not cause any kind of insult, ridicule or the like, and that you are obliged to discuss within the limits of scientific content, and it is strictly forbidden to discuss social, ideological, political, religious, or any topics that are not directly related to education and study. If you fail to comply with these Rules, you agree to bear the consequences of this in our sole discretion. If you see a violation of these Terms, you must report it to us immediately by contacting our support team.

Second: Cancellation and Refund Policy

Any student can watch a free part of the course's educational content, so that they decide whether the explanation is appropriate for them or not. The student can also communicate in advance with the subject teacher to answer questions and inquiries related to the educational contents of the material. Accordingly, the student is not entitled to cancel the subscription and receive a refund. Ezdad educational platform does not bear any responsibility in the event that the student fails to watch the free explanation or communicate in advance with the teacher. However, we may grant an exceptional refund to the student in the event of a clear failure by the explainer or a lack of course content, subject to our sole discretion, and excludes any subscription made with the contribution of an Affiliate or installment (Tamara and Tabby). Sales subject to the affiliate and installment marketing system (Tamara and Tabby) on the Ezdad educational platform are not covered by any refund or exception in canceling the subscription.

At our sole discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to refuse your refund, restrict you from future refunds, block your account and/or restrict all future uses of the services on the Ezdad Educational Platform. If we block your account or disable your access to content due to your violation of these Terms or our regulations, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Any user with an Ezdad account can cancel the purchase before completing the payment specifically. While no user can cancel the purchase after it has been completed completely. After the purchase process, the cancellation process will be considered as a refund or cashback request and all terms and conditions related to cashback operations on the platform will apply to it.

The user acknowledges and agrees that the refund "if it occurs" is by adding a balance to the user's digital wallet, and he can benefit from the balance wallet while making any future purchases through the platform, and the user can benefit from this balance in a maximum period of 12 calendar months, starting from the date of issuing the redemption order. Ezdad educational platform can also perform a refund process directly to the user's bank account, according to specific cases estimated and studied by the platform.

Ezdad Educational Platform is committed to providing sufficient information about the course before enrolling, including but not limited to the name and code of the course, the name of the university, the target college, the name of the major, the category of target students, and other information. All users should read the course information and data carefully before signing up. Ezdad Educational Platform does not bear any responsibility in the event of enrolling in a course that is different from or does not correspond to the course to be subscribed to in the first place. Users acknowledge that they will not have the right to claim any refunds if they sign up for a course that does not match their core courses.

Third: Rights of Ezdad Educational Platform

We own the Learning Management System and all other services (currently developed and may be developed in the future), including the website, mobile application, and current or future services. As we own all logos, designs, user interfaces, and all elements of the visual and audio identity, you acknowledge and agree that you may not tamper with or use those elements without permission.

All proprietary rights and interests in the Platform and its services, including our website, current or future applications, APIs, databases, and content provided by our employees or partners or provided through our services (excluding content provided by teachers and students) are and will remain the exclusive property of the Platform and its licensors.

Our systems and services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), and the rest of the Arab countries. Nothing gives you the right to use the Platform name or any of the brands, logos, domain names, and other distinctive branding features of the Platform. Any feedback, comments, or suggestions you may make regarding the Platform or the Services are entirely voluntary and we will be free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions as we deem appropriate and without any obligation to you.

You may not do any of the following while accessing and using the Platform Services:

  • Access, manipulate or use non-public areas of the Website (including content storage), the Platform's computer systems or technical delivery systems to the Platform's service providers.

  • Disable, interfere with, or attempt to circumvent any security-related features of the Platform or inspect or test vulnerabilities in any of our systems.

  • Copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse compile, or attempt to discover any source code or content on the Platform or its Services.

  • Accessing, searching, attempting to access or search our Platform by any means (automated or otherwise) other than through our currently available search functions that are made available via our website, mobile applications or API (and subject to the API Terms and Conditions). You may not scrape, use a robot or use other automated means of any kind to access the Services.

  • Use the Services in any way to send altered, deceptive, or erroneous source identifying information such as sending emails that appear incorrectly; interfere with, disrupt, (or attempt to do) access any user, host, or network, including, but not limited to, sending a virus, overloading, dumping, spamming, or in any other way that interferes with the Services or creates an undue burden.

Fourth: Technical Support Policy

The Technical Support Policy aims to clarify the procedures and information related to the provision of technical support services to beneficiaries by the Customer Service Department to support them in the event of technical problems that hinder the educational process. The Customer Service Department is committed to providing technical and educational support to all beneficiaries of the Learning Management System and all products on an ongoing basis through the available channels published on the Ezdad platform. These include:

1. Technical Support Channels:

  • Private messages on social media (WhatsApp, Instagram, Telegram, Twitter)

  • Email support

  • Technical support form on the website

2. Services Covered by Technical Support:

  • Enrollment issues and technical problems

  • Training on using the platform and its features

  • Onboarding for visitors, students, and teachers

  • Account setup and login issues

  • Accessing tutorials and live streaming

  • Test and activity support

  • Teacher dashboard access and interaction

3. Response Time for Technical Support Requests:
Within two working days

4. Technical Support Working Hours:
Saturday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Friday: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM

5. Escalation Policy:
If no response is received after two working days, the user may be eligible for compensation based on the extent of the issue, at the platform’s discretion.

6. Measuring Satisfaction:
Service quality and user satisfaction are measured after course completion via a feedback survey through email or the student dashboard.

7. Technical Support Beneficiaries:

  • Registered teachers

  • Students enrolled in courses

  • Supervisors from relevant government agencies

8. Roles and Responsibilities:
Support is divided into two levels:

  • First Level: Customer service receives all requests and provides initial support

  • Second Level: Technical operations team handles complex issues and closes tickets

Fifth: General Legal Conditions

All Ezdad platform terms and conditions apply to the Academic Courses Track unless an exception is clearly stated. Sections II, IV, V, VI, IX, X, XI, and XIII of the general Terms of Use are considered active and binding.

If any clause is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, it shall be replaced by a valid clause that best reflects the intent of the original. The rest of the terms remain in effect.

A delay in enforcing any part of the terms does not waive our right to enforce it later. A waiver in one case does not mean a waiver in others.

You understand that service disruptions may happen due to maintenance, misleading content by instructors, or security breaches. The platform is not liable for such events. All services and content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may stop certain features or services at any time without liability. In such cases, the Ezdad platform, its partners, and affiliates shall not be held responsible for any resulting damages.

Ezdad reserves the right to update, add, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. Continued use of the platform indicates your acceptance of the changes.
